Months have gone by with no refund, and nobody is responding anymore.

It was pure suffering compared with the previous managers, who were great. The new management has ruined the place for me. Instead of being pleasant, they give orders, and the lady is sour. Breakfast was hard pastries with dried vegetables and cheese. Dinner was the same surprise set menu each time, with cold soup and portions like you'd give a first-year student. The taste was maybe even good. Only half the drinks menu was available, the draft beer was sour, and the draft lemonade wasn't available on Monday. They said it would only be available on Thursday. The tea was poured with cold water. From the staff's actions and comments, it was clear they didn't care about guests.

The breakfasts were varied, with fruit, vegetables, sausages, eggs, muesli, yogurt, coffee, cocoa and more, and my family and I looked forward to dinner every night. There was plenty of food, and we really enjoyed it. Half board is well worth ordering. Mrs. Hanka and Zdeněk Skalických gave us absolutely amazing service. Their care and approach make this a wonderful guesthouse, and you can tell they know what they're doing and love it. Everything was perfectly clean, and the swimming pool and sauna were included in the price. The kids had fun in the children's corner and on the playground outside. We loved the beautiful surroundings and nature, and hope to come back, perhaps in winter when there's snow. Thank you for a wonderful week. Eliška, Lukáš, Mariánek and Oliverek.

We enjoyed our week here very much, and the couple running the guesthouse were lovely and helpful. The place was absolutely clean, and the pool was amazing. The playground and children's corner were good too. Half board was delicious, with home-cooked food that suited the children. Thank you! Vomáček
