The beds really let the place down. They creak so much that turning over wakes the person next to you, and the mattresses sag. The single bed's slats also come loose and fall out, so sleeping was difficult. The other urgent fix I'd ask for is a bigger fridge. The one there is tiny, maybe enough for a family of three, but not five. We stayed in cabin no. 6, and got caught out by the photos and building plan. They showed both sections as one whole cabin, so we thought we'd have the whole building. When we asked about it during booking, we were told it was the entire building 6b, but we hadn't realized the cabin was split into parts a and b. We managed with five people in half the building. Worth checking carefully when you book. It's a lovely spot, with about 7 log cabins on the slope. It felt quiet despite that, and even the outdoor seating area had enough privacy. The door from the kitchenette opens straight onto the outdoor seating, which we found more comfortable than the smaller indoor seating area. The kitchenette has a dishwasher, microwave and electric two-burner stove, but no oven. There's a spacious bathroom with plenty of hooks and shelves, plus two rooms with enough storage to unpack. They provide a drying rack, pegs, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, towels, dish sponge and dishcloth. A jar isn't included. There aren't many sockets, so next time we'd bring an extension lead, the kind called a "dog" here. The manager was nice, and the bill was no problem. For a week's summer stay with five people, electricity was about 300,- CZK. Thanks for a very pleasant stay. One thing to know, you can't drive up to the cottage, so luggage has to be carried up a steep hill. It's not suitable for people with mobility problems.

Great weekend 😂! The cottage is in a beautiful spot, everything was clean, and the staff were great. The lady managing the place was really nice too. We'll definitely come back.
