The location was excellent, right in the centre of a pretty town with lovely nature and culture nearby. Our apartment was roomy and clean, though it felt a bit too empty for me, with only the bare minimum of furniture. Housekeeping came just once during our week there, so we had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels. It wasn’t a bad stay.

The staff in every department were absolutely fantastic and made us feel at home. They really know how to make a stay special. The rooms were very comfortable, and the hotel is centrally located in Znojmo, close to historic landmarks. We had a very pleasant stay.

I checked in a couple of hours ago and already want to leave. The lovely room and good location earn the two stars. A male guest below me is screaming, shouting, and playing loud music, leaving his door open as he wanders the halls shouting and singing. I called reception, but the woman said she’d left for the day, at 3.20pm, and nobody would be back until tomorrow, so I’d have to deal with it myself as a lone female traveller. I tried to explain, though the noise meant she could only hear half the conversation. She kept saying I had to handle it myself. Awful service.

The staff were very friendly, the service was marvelous, and the room was amazing. The location was fantastic too, and I loved the breakfast. Such a great stay. I hope I’ll be back!

I’ve stayed here four times now. It’s centrally located, with kind and helpful staff, and is perhaps the best option in Znojmo.
