The wine selection in the shared hallway is a nice touch. You pick what you want and pay by QR code. The handover was smooth too, with the keys waiting in a safe, and the location worked well for us: a quick drive to Znojmo and a short walk to Šaldorf and the cellar. The busy road right below the windows was a downside, though. Apartment No. 7 was clean, with comfortable beds and enough equipment and space for four people. I can't really picture six people staying comfortably. Having its own terrace meant we didn't need the shared garden. The layout was awkward, since the toilet opens off the children's room, which is separated from the living room by a sliding door. The person in the double bed tended to go to bed later and get up first, so crossing the other room disturbed whoever was there. We didn't use the dishwasher, and there was only one tablet for it. Noise carries from the neighbors and hallway, and the water pressure gets rather weak in the evening. The parking area holds six cars, so one badly parked car can cause a problem. A broom in the apartment would be handy.

The room itself is nice, but there was dust on the cabinets. Water was dripping at the windows, the wall beside the bathroom window was damp, and the shower leaked.

We were happy with the breakfast, which you can order, and found the place especially suitable for families with children. It's in a fairly quiet spot, still close to the historic center. The owner was very pleasant, and everything was clean with comfortable room furnishings.

Getting to Znojmo and the surrounding area is easy from here. There is private parking and a place to store bikes. I'd recommend it to friends planning a trip to Znojmo. Thank you.
