The room was spacious and very clean, and that big bed was super comfortable. Breakfast came with plenty to choose from, too. Everyone was friendly and professional, and our host spoke English really well and gave us useful tips about the city. We were only there for one night with my partner, sadly, but had a very good stay and would definitely come back.

The owners are a very social couple who run the penzion, which has 14-15 large rooms in a quiet spot. It's right in the old town, close to the castle and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was nice and well put together.

The rooms are large, the staff are very friendly, and breakfast is decent. They also do laundry for a reasonable charge. Just be aware there's no AC or elevator, and in very hot weather I'd think twice about staying here. The transparent staircase is interesting, though it could bother anyone afraid of heights. I was fine with it.
