Eli and Neli, who work at the hotel, were lovely company and brought great energy. As a tourist, I didn't feel like a stranger here. The place was clean and nicely decorated. We stayed one night, and I'd recommend it. Thanks!

The room was very warm when I arrived, probably because heat from the previous days was still trapped in the building. I left a fan by the open window for several hours while I was out, drawing in cooler air, and that helped a lot. Otherwise, everything was fine for my one-night stay last week. The room, service, and breakfast were more than adequate for what I paid. It's a simple but decent hotel.

The automated check-in outside was quick, and that's where I picked up the room key. Staff aren't always around, though that didn't cause me any trouble. The old town is 1.3 km away, and there's a very nice spa nearby. You can also take a prettier route into town through the park on the hill. For €61 a night during my visit, the clean, well-kept room and good-tasting, if small, breakfast made this excellent value. I approve this message! 🙏

A clean, comfortable room and a great breakfast. The location was perfect, right by the city centre.

Whenever I stay overnight in Aachen, I come back here. It's a quiet little hotel, within walking distance of the city center, with lots of restaurants nearby. The staff are super friendly, and the parking is very convenient.
