The window facing the street wasn't soundproof, and I could hear bothersome car noise. Otherwise, the hotel is very clean and tidy, and the staff are polite. It works very well for business, with good bus connections and the historical city 🌆 center, Aachen Dom, and Shopping Center nearby.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and quiet, and breakfast had a good range of options. Parking was convenient and cost €15 for Accor members. The hotel is very well located.

The beds are comfortable, the location is good, and the staff are friendly. Our first night was noisy because the window was slightly open, with street sounds coming up even to the 6th floor. It seemed odd that a Superior room had neither a fridge nor a bath. I can't comment on breakfast since we didn't have it. The TV signal kept breaking up into pixels.

There is convenient parking nearby, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The reception staff were especially kind and helpful. Our dog was welcomed right from the start, so it's a super pet-friendly hotel and a great place to stay with pets.
