I made a booking in early January for a mid-February stay, and they accepted it as final. Then, ten days before I was due to arrive, they cancelled without giving a reason. I asked them to explain, but got no reply. Extremely annoying and unprofessional. Don't book here if you need your stay to be guaranteed.

The apartment was large and bright, with a kitchen area, and we were welcomed very warmly. Its location is excellent, just 100 metres from the Cathedral and opposite a public garden, making the whole historic centre of Aachen easy to visit. Absolutely recommended for a stay in Aachen.

My pregnant partner and I really appreciated how understanding and kind the team were. We ran into some issues with our reservation, and they helped us through them. Thanks again.
