The receptionist was very kind and let me use the lobby until 4 pm, when my train left. I arrived late at night and had no trouble, since the instructions were clear. The room was more spacious than I expected. It’s very close to the hbf, and the price is reasonable. I’d highly recommend it.

The place looks charming in the pictures, but our experience was awful. The fire alarm was making a loud noise every 30 seconds. We tried to reach the host that afternoon, but she couldn’t be contacted. It kept blaring through the night, so we booked another hotel just to get some sleep. When we returned the key the next morning, the host said, "I know the fire alarm makes a lot of noice from time to time but this is not my problem". WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. She seems interested only in the money and not at all in guests’ experience, as multiple reviews have also said.

I went in to have a look, and the people inside were unfriendly right away. They seemed to be staff members.
