We called half an hour before arriving, and someone met us outside to show us where to park the car and caravan. Dinner, the room, and breakfast were all lovely. Everyone at the hotel was smiling, helpful, and service-minded. What a place, well beyond what I expected!

After our car broke down on the way from Denmark to Italaly, we had to find a hotel at short notice. The employees were VERY nice and the service was 10/10. They helped us store all our camping gear and luggage, and the next day they helped us find a big cap that could fit everything. We had dinner at the restaurant, with a great steak and good beers 🍻. The breakfast buffet had everything you could want. It’s not a very practical location for travelers without a car, and there doesn’t seem to be much to do in the city. Still, it seems like a nice place to stay and drive from to reach activities or attractions.

The New Building rooms, next to the main building, were good. There’s plenty of parking, and having a restaurant is an advantage. Breakfast was good, as was the restaurant service. Without a car, getting around felt difficult, and taking a taxi each time gets expensive.

Really nice, and the food was great. Someone from the stuff even drove me to Aalen for free after I missed the last bus.
