You can hear everything through the shared door, which doesn’t seal properly. The shower and toilets are out in the corridor, and there wasn’t even a bin in my room. There’s one electric parking socket for two cars. I woke up to go to work, and now I have to put up with this for five days. Never again.

The only reason I’m giving one star is the guy who gave me the things I needed, like a hair dryer. The dishes were dirty, the place felt awful, and although the room was more or less okay, I didn’t want to go outside. This place is only missing cockroaches to complete the atmosphere. If you’re coming to Hamburg to save money, you can find places for perhaps 10 euros more that might be just as good and are at least in the center of Hamburg. This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

The staff had lost my reservation, but they quickly found me a room for the same price as my original booking. Since it was late and everywhere else was closed, they even offered me some food. Everyone was really friendly. The rooms are cheap and fine if you’re traveling and just need somewhere for the night. I’d recommend it for an overnight stay.

There are rats running around in the kitchen and toilet.
