Residenz _bel_vital_ WG 21 im 2_ O

We've stayed in lots of apartments, and this is one of the nicest. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything thought through. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. We'll definitely come back. 😃 🙂

The location is central, close to the beach promenade, restaurants, and shops. Our spacious balcony looked out over the Baltic Sea all the way to the cliffs. The building has an underground garage, and the lobby and sauna area are very clean and well kept. Inside, the apartment was bright, spotless, and superbly equipped, with nothing missing. Communication with the landlord was excellent and everything went smoothly. The caretaker gave us a warm welcome and was helpful when we arrived, so we felt at home right away. We'll be back next year!

We've stayed in apartment 38 at Bel Vital for four years, and we're completely satisfied. The children look forward to their holiday on beautiful Rügen every year, and we keep returning. When we have suggestions or mention “problems,” they're taken seriously and handled quickly. The hosts and Mr. Radzio are simply fantastic. :-)

We stayed at Bel Vital in apartment 39 from August 10th to 21st, 2025. The location near the beach and promenade was a plus, with partial Baltic Sea views. The apartment was clean and the kitchen had adequate equipment. We also appreciated the large lockable bike storage room and ample parking in the building's underground garage. The balcony, though, was a big disappointment. Its tiles hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time and were green with verdigris. Weeds grew in the cracks, moss between the joints, and the railing hadn't been wiped down, with verdigris showing in many spots. Moisture had warped the bistro table top, so it was unusable. Inside, the dining room chair cushions were stained, vacuum cleaner bags were missing, and the balcony door jambs were dirty. We also missed having an internet radio.
