We chose the hotel for our 10th anniversary, and the building and interiors were in excellent shape. The spa area and treatment were really relaxing, and the restaurant had a laid-back feel with a delicious menu. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the hotel even arranged special amenities in our room. Breakfast had a very good selection, with friendly, attentive service.

The spa’s pool is small but lovely, more for relaxing than swimming, and breakfast was good. There’s underground parking too. The rooms could use more outlets for charging devices, and the only air conditioning was a mobile unit. For a five-star design hotel in Northern Germany, I expected the employees to speak better English.

The staff made the stay, they were so friendly and helpful. We brought our dog, and they had a bed, snacks, bowls, and other things ready for him. The hotel is right on the beach, with lots of places to eat nearby, and breakfast was great. We had a great trip.

The spa is pleasant and well kept, and the location near the beach is very good. The rooms are nice but due for an upgrade before long. Breakfast is a rather small buffet for a five-star hotel, and the room service menu is limited too. There’s no air conditioning in the rooms. Still, probably the best hotel in Binz.

Absolutely perfect! Just so you know, there’s no air conditioning. People still smoke on balconies and in outdoor areas, which really should be banned if they can’t behave themselves.
