The office being right in the building was about as convenient as it gets. We knew the street would be busy, so that wasn't a problem. Apartment 8 on the first floor is lovely, but it gets very warm in summer even with the heavy sun-blocking curtains.

We had no street noise since the apartment looked onto the courtyard, and the underground garage was very nice. The beach is only a few minutes away, while Binz pier takes about ten minutes on foot. There's plenty close by too, from bakeries and supermarkets to cafes, restaurants, shops, snack bars, and souvenir shops in the town center. I highly recommend Deutsches Haus 👍😘👍

The place was spotless and spacious, and the amenities were excellent. There was a roomy underground parking space, too. It's centrally located near the beach, and I'd highly recommend it.
