The apartment's location was fantastic. Just 150 meters away, we were on the sand beside a beach bar. The shopping street was a short walk, and an Edeka supermarket, bakery, and plenty of restaurants were nearby. Inside, it was one of the nicest vacation rentals we've stayed in, with everything we could need: dishwasher tablets, tea towels, cleaning cloths, an alarm clock, DVDs for the kids, a sewing kit, an ironing board and iron, tools, and a broom in the storage room. We'd book it again in a heartbeat. Key pickup and return went smoothly. One morning the shower only had cold water, but help arrived and fixed it within an hour.

The shopping street is right below the balcony, with a lovely view and plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. The apartment itself is nicely furnished and centrally located, and there’s underground parking. Just be ready to carry your suitcases upstairs since there’s no elevator.

That big terrace looking out over the greenery was our favorite part, and the beach was only a short walk away. We stayed for a week in June at Wohnpark Granitz, apartment 6d on the ground floor, left side. Everything was nicely furnished, from the kitchen and living room with its large TV to the bedrooms and bathroom. The apartment’s beach chair, number 229, was in a perfect spot, and the garage parking space worked out well too. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back.

There’s a great choice of restaurants, bars, and cafes, and the grounds are really well maintained. We feel very comfortable here. It only takes five minutes to get to the water, and the surroundings are beautiful. Just keep Binz’s higher prices in mind. For example, a scoop of ice cream at Rialto costs €2. We had a fantastic holiday!
