Villa Eden Binz Typ 2 / Apartment 3

We knew the house from last year, when we stayed in another apartment and it was fine. Apartment 3 this year was a different story, and I can't recommend it. It's very run-down, especially the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen smelled strange, and the bathroom didn't seem clean to me. The shower wall and the fixtures in both the kitchen and bathroom were covered in limescale. The vacuum cleaner reeked of cigarette smoke and filled the whole place with the smell when it ran. The house is very noisy. We asked the neighbors upstairs repeatedly to keep it down, but they didn't seem to understand. We were woken from 7 a.m. by people moving chairs and the like. In the evening, we couldn't sleep until the owners stopped moving chairs at 10 p.m. I'd only recommend apartments on the top floor, though you should expect complaints from the neighbors below.

We were very happy with apartment No. 19: it had bright, spacious rooms and good amenities, and was in a quiet yet central location. Parking is right next to the house. Herr Mario Nagel provided great service and took care of even the small things straight away.

The location is great, close to all the amenities in Binz, and the apartment is very spacious. The kitchen is nearly new and has excellent appliances. I'd recommend it to everyone. The only letdown was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit unstable at times.

We stayed for a week at the end of August 2025 in Villa Eden Apartment 12. We felt very comfortable there. It was tastefully furnished and very clean, and we'd love to return.
