For this location, the price is excellent for what you get. The house is very well cared for, and the holiday apartment has everything furnished well. There's a dedicated bike room for e-bikes and a parking spot for the car.

The place felt run-down, from a broken armchair to peeling baseboards. Cleanliness was nowhere to be found: hair on the bed and table, old food in the microwave and fridge, and a filthy toilet and bathroom floor. We stayed for a week in apartment 11 at Villa Seydlitz, and for that much money, offering a place like this is outrageous. Completely unacceptable.

We've been here twice already, and the great location is why we'll come back again.
