Sitting out on the terrace in the evenings to talk or sing was lovely, and we made sure not to bother anyone. The staff were really friendly, and breakfast was delicious. The room warmed up fairly quickly when the sun was out, but we had a fantastic stay. Thanks for having us!

We were six girls spending a weekend at the hotel, in two triple rooms with lovely vineyard views. The rooms were clean and had great balconies. Breakfast was perfectly adequate, and we liked being able to buy drinks from the fridge. Staff were very friendly, and the hotel is ideally placed for setting off on a hike.

We’ve been here four times now and loved it again. The hillside setting has beautiful views across the vineyards and Trifels Castle, with hiking trails starting right behind the house. Breakfast was fantastic, and everyone was so friendly. We’ll be back next year at Pentecost! 🥳

The rooms are clean, though the furnishings and decor feel a bit dated, and the owner doesn't seem to be investing in the place anymore. Breakfast was pretty bland and made with inexpensive ingredients. I came away with mixed feelings, and the price-performance ratio is rather high.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including cold cuts, bread, pastries, and muesli, and guests could take drinks from the refrigerator in the evening. Our room was clean otherwise and was cleaned every day, though the carpet was very dirty and stained, which was unpleasant. It looked recently renovated, but the walls were bare, without pictures or decorations. We were given a courtyard-facing room even though rooms with vineyard views were available. The hotel is beautifully situated and very peaceful.
