Winzerhof Brachtendorf

We only wanted a drink. When we asked about an empty table, they said the area was closing. It then started pouring, so we sheltered under an umbrella, but were told we couldn't stay there and sent back into the rain with our baby son. That level of service put me off, and I'm glad we hadn't ordered anything.

The food was fresh, local, and delicious, and went very well with the wines, which I'd also recommend. This is a charming wine tavern in a great spot. Inside, it's beautifully rustic, and the outdoor seats are fantastic, with only a lane between them and the Moselle River. Definitely worth a visit. Booking ahead seems sensible.

The family were so kind and friendly, and we felt completely comfortable here. We enjoyed the dinner and the range of wines, and would love to come back. Thanks for such a wonderful time with you.

We looked forward each evening to unwinding at the Winzerstube after a lovely day on the Moselle. We tried different delicious dishes and enjoyed a range of wines. It was always cozy inside and out, and the service was friendly every time. We really appreciated the family atmosphere. Everyone in the family was kind and always happy to have a nice chat. We'd love to come back!
