Hotel Favolosa

The owner was easygoing and really friendly, and our room was clean and roomy. Wi-Fi worked without any problems. The food was good too. Everything was good, and I'd happily come back.

The breakfast was generous and tasty, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The bathroom looked very modern, and the beds were really comfortable. There was also a large bottle of water with two glasses, which was a nice touch. The rooms were well equipped. Shame we could only stay one night.

About 100 guests were there, and around half left without eating. We waited roughly 50 minutes for the starter, then nothing else came. After about 90 minutes, with the main course still nowhere in sight, I paid for the drinks and starter and left. The children serving were completely overwhelmed, though I don't blame them. The owner didn't step up and isn't capable of running a restaurant. What a catastrophe. I've never had an experience like this, especially at Christmas. Hopefully the guests don't have the same experience at the second Christmas. Maybe take a lunch box.

We were the first ones there, but still waited an hour and a half for our food. It was served burnt and cold, and the staff looked unkempt. The heating had only just been switched on before we arrived. After all that, they wanted half price for the terrible food.
