The phone and written support was great, but the stay still gets only 3 out of 5 stars from us. We paid over €800 for less than two full days for six people in the off-season, and the price felt quite exorbitant given what was required. We had to leave the apartment swept clean, make the beds ourselves before leaving, and bring our own towels. There were no tea towels, and we arrived to find just two nearly used rolls of toilet paper. A €300 deposit was also required upfront. The ground-floor terrace apartment is very nice and modern. Apart from one or three silverfish that occasionally got into the bed, it was mostly clean, but that was completely unacceptable. The kitchen equipment was fine, though larger groups cooking should bring a big pot or wok. The only frying pan was very worn, and there were no large, deep plates.

We had a pleasant six-day stay in apartment number 1 with two adults and a child, and would book it again. The apartment was very clean and generally well equipped, with a spacious living and dining area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a guest toilet. One bathroom had a bathtub. It sleeps up to six, so we left one bedroom unused, and there was plenty of room for six. The terrace was spacious and nicely furnished, with a beautiful view. Watching the bobsled track was especially interesting. Reception staff were friendly, efficient, and quick. We got the key at the apartment using a code, though it arrived about an hour late. We'd booked the towel package, and it would have been nice to have dish towels included too.

The huge balcony with evening sun was a real highlight, and the location is fantastic, right by the Kappe adventure mountain. Town and restaurants are an easy walk away. We stayed in Apartment 7 with two adults and a child, and had a wonderful time. Walking into a bright rental that smells fresh always makes us relax and look forward to the stay. We lacked nothing. In fact, there was even a roll of toilet paper, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, and more, which we hadn't expected. We'd love to come back.

Spacious and well equipped, but there's a persistent bad smell in the bathroom. Having to bring your own toilet paper, soap, and towels seems unnecessary.
