The only real issue was the Wi-Fi upstairs, which didn’t work even though we were given the login details. The rooms were clean and very nice, and there’s a lovely shared space. It’s conveniently close to the train station. English was a little difficult, but that wasn’t their fault and we managed to communicate well enough. The service was excellent.

It’s an older place rather than a modern one, but it was very clean, and the hostess has made the most of her home. She’s reserved but accommodating. There’s a shared fridge for cold drinks and your own food, and guests can use the kitchen, stove, oven, microwave, and the rest. Breakfast is generous and thoughtfully put together. The owner shares useful regional tips without pushing them on you. I’d gladly return for a short visit, around 1-3 nights.

The rooms and bathrooms are on the small side, but everything was neat and very clean. The owner was really friendly. Breakfast was lovely, and the big breakfast room is also available as a free lounge.
