We came in for a glass of wine and left with a whole case, thanks to the fantastic wine and service. There’s a wonderful view over the Mosel Valley. The quality and facilities looked so good that we’d love to stay the night sometime.

After a long day cycling through the Moselle Valley in late April, Michael opened the Weinstube for us even though the restaurant was closed that day. My wife and I enjoyed a flight of his Riesling wines, and he stopped by several times to tell us about the wines, his winery, and the hotel. He took very good care of us and was an outstanding host. The hotel was spacious, clean, and beautiful. We’d love to return someday and highly recommend staying here.
The food and atmosphere were great, and the rooms were super clean and extremely comfortable. The hosts were gracious too. Awesome hotel!
Excellent hotel, with the friendliest hosts!
We came away with wine number 11, and even as beer drinkers we picked up a thing or two at the tasting. Wine is clearly the owner's and winemaker's specialty. The owner was easygoing and always there to talk to, and we got along really well. This feels like a place to slow down and relax. The rooms in the guesthouse were accessible for people with disabilities. Dogs are welcome, and the resident dogs are friendly, though you do need to like dogs. It isn't really a restaurant for people just passing through. Breakfast for guests was generous, with plenty of muesli, fruit and more, and dinner was a good four-course meal.
