A very pleasant stay, and everything was nice! The cold bathroom on the top floor is one thing that could be improved.

The staff were fantastic, and I’d stay here again. We got a friendly welcome and could check in before the official time. Our room was spacious and clean, and it had a luggage rack, which many hotels don’t. The view was great, though the room was quite noisy, and I wasn’t keen on the bed. Rooms are cleaned only on request, and the shower gel sachets weren’t replenished, so bring your own if you like. Breakfast was good, with almost everything you could want. I’d have liked more fruit, a water bottle to mix with the three juices as spritzers, and scrambled eggs instead of four boiled eggs. There was coffee, but no tea-making facilities or specialty coffees. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

The friendly service helped us feel right at home, and our 18-year-old Yorkie was welcomed just as warmly as we were. The hotel is beautifully situated with a fantastic view. The rooms are simply furnished, but we didn’t lack anything. We’ve found a place to stay for our next trip to the Harz Mountains and would gladly return.

A nice little hotel that welcomes dogs. Breakfast was okay. There were just two very small sachets of shower gel.
