The breakfast service was very good, and the location worked well too. But my single room was meant to be non-smoking and smelled like an ashtray. It was really unpleasant.

One of our rooms was at the end of a long hallway, above or below a fitness centre. In the middle of the night, it was so loud it sounded like someone was throwing weights around. The other room had spiders crawling over the person in bed and biting her, leaving red spots on her skin. She had to go to an Apotheke the next day.

The room was dirty and smelled bad. I couldn't reach any staff at night, so I couldn't get a different room. I didn't sleep at all.
