The owners were kind and helpful, and there’s even an EV charger on site. It’s a cosy place in beautiful surroundings, well placed for visiting the highlights of the Mosel and Hunsruck region.

We felt at home in the “Glückauf” holiday apartment from the moment we arrived. It has everything you need, and the hosts are very friendly. The building is a former post office dating back 200 years, lovingly renovated into a successful mix of old character and modern furnishings. The area is lovely for hiking, too. If you want to stay somewhere historic but still have modern comforts, this is the place.

The owners are so nice, friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and they always try to meet your needs. The place is beautifully furnished, very well equipped, and spotlessly clean. It’s in a really quiet spot, ideal for switching off, while the lively Moselle holiday area in Zell is only a short distance away.

The garden and grounds are beautifully cared for, and the seating area is lovely. Inside, Glückauf is spotless and lovingly renovated, with a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, a PS3, radio, flat-screen TV, DVDs, and games. They provide the practical things too, from soap and towels to coffee filters and spices. For our little one there was a travel cot, highchair, changing mat, diaper pail, and step stool, plus a railing and gate to make the stairs safer. The upstairs apartment had everything we needed, and the owners were very friendly. We’d happily book it again and recommend it.
