Stadthaus Valentin

Great!

Breakfast was delicious and nicely presented. Ham, salami, cheese, tomatoes, and cucumber came to the table on a plate, while coffee, cappuccino, and other hot drinks were served. I could help myself to sweets, cereal, and juices, then have breakfast outside again. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and the service was excellent. I checked in yesterday just before 9 p.m., while passing through for one night. The hotel and Italian restaurant are connected, and check-in is available until 10 p.m. After checking in, I relaxed in the restaurant garden in the balmy 22-degree warmth with an Aperol Spritz and cappuccino. The atmosphere was wonderful, almost like Italy. My single room was cozy and the bed very comfortable. They'd left a bottle of water, which was thoughtful. The bathroom and shower were tiny, but fine for the price and a one-night stay.

We had a spacious, very clean room that worked well for our children, our one-and-a-half-year-old twin daughters. My husband and I stayed for three nights. The building probably isn't brand new, but the staff were very kind and helpful with the girls' needs. The restaurant was excellent too, both the pizza and the food.

I really like the rooms for relaxing, the tasty breakfast, and the fantastic Italian food. The service is attentive and happy to take care of requests. When we politely pointed out one small issue, they fixed it right away without any fuss. We don't go hunting for flaws, though. For the price, the value feels just right. Keep it up!
