Breakfast starts at 6:30 and is a good standard. There's free private parking, and the reception is open until 10 pm; if you arrive later, they can leave the key in a locker. The room temperature was fine even in December. A really nice place, with a great location and lovely hosts. No problems at all, I'd come back.

The room was clean, but that didn't help much when the heaters weren't working in February. We woke up freezing, and it felt pointless to have good cleaning if you're cold and getting sick.

I like Hotel Darstein for both quick stops and longer private getaways, and it also works well when I'm traveling for business. The garden is beautifully kept, and the staff are kind and helpful from the moment you arrive. With the lovely lake view and quiet atmosphere, it's an easy place to unwind and recharge.

The staff were attentive and friendly, and I can recommend the hotel. The rooms were nice, though they could have been a little more hygienic. It's set beside a magnificent natural lake, which makes it a wonderful place.

The food was tasty, and the room and facilities were very clean. We were surrounded by nature, and the service was polite and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel.
