The staff were warm and helpful throughout, and the breakfast service was especially charming. The cheerful person from northern Germany made it entertaining too. Our first impression wasn't great, since the hotel looked plain from outside and the side entrance didn't help. Then we opened our room door and things changed: it was spacious, modern, smelled freshly cleaned, and had a huge, very comfortable double bed. We felt completely at ease. Thank you for such a lovely stay. We'd happily recommend the hotel to travelers.

The location in the middle of the beautiful old town explains the walk to parking, and there isn't an elevator. The lovely room more than made up for that. It's bright, welcoming, modernly furnished, and spotless, with everything looking new and a very comfortable bed. The owner was incredibly friendly and made breakfast to suit my preferences. I've stayed in all sorts of places on business, from a new building in Berlin to a dusty, dirty room in an obscure town. With a name like this, I expected something old and dusty, but it was simply delightful. Five well-deserved stars.

The continental breakfast was generous and had plenty of variety, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable and clean. The rooms are cozy and stylish, with a free bottle of water per person each day. It's a quiet little hotel near the city wall, close to parking lots that have to be cleared by 11:00 PM. There isn't a reception, but the process is self-explanatory: the key code comes by email, and you collect the keys from the machine by the front door.

I was always full after the tasty, plentiful breakfast. The staff were friendly and polite too. It's a clean hotel right in the heart of the old town. Thank you!
