The apartment had everything we needed and was very good. It’s close to the bus stop for Jena, and handy for Apolda center if you’re staying in town.

The hosts were very friendly and gave us useful tips about the town and nearby area. The apartment had all the comforts we needed, worked well for two, and had an extra bed available. You can’t park right outside because the house is in a pedestrian zone, but free public parking is only a short walk away. A bakery about 50 meters away has outdoor seating that’s nice for breakfast in summer, and other shops are close too. We’d happily come back.

We found breakfast just a two-minute walk away, and the apartment made a good base for trips to Jena, Weimar, and the surrounding area. It’s small, central, and the landlords were friendly. A lovely place to stay.

The center of Apolda is easy to get around on foot from this clean, pleasant apartment. The landlords were incredibly friendly. Definitely worth checking out!
