The staff are so friendly, and the sauna was great. The restaurant is really good, and the room was clean and comfortable. I loved the honey-smelling shampoo and wanted to buy some. Best ever, small but luxurious. I’ll definitely be back!

The build and furniture quality are completely top notch, and the rooms are new, modern, and very clean. The owner showed us photos of the old barn that was moved from the site, where the hotel now stands at the same size as the original. It’s a great family-run hotel and restaurant, and easily the most comfortable place I’ve stayed in Europe.

The sauna area upstairs is a real wow, and the restaurant served outstanding food. We ate it too quickly to get photos of how delicious it was. The hotel turned out to be a very modern, lovely family-run place, with super friendly people. We’d first found it online expecting a nice modern hotel in the Bodensee area, and it was well worth every kilometer of the drive down from northern Germany. This is honestly how hotels should be run. I’m sorry I can only give five stars. The sixth would be for the friendliness and for anticipating what guests need.

Across from the hotel there’s a restaurant, but book ahead at weekends because it gets busy. Buses to Isny run regularly Monday to Friday, with several services at weekends too. The hotel itself is lovely in a picturesque setting, and the rooms are stylish, clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I stayed for one night yesterday. The price seems really low for this standard, so it’s well worth it. The staff were professional, and the rooms have a modern, classic look with wood. If you want a peaceful, atmospheric place to rest with a high standard, this is it. Beautiful hotel!
