The bed was hard as rocks, and there wasn't a comfortable chair anywhere. The rooms are nearly empty, so even conversations echo. One pillow is stuffed with feathers, so anyone with allergies should watch out. The place is in a mostly commercial and industrial area, and it felt very unsafe. After 6 p.m., there's no staff on site overnight if you need anything. The most uncomfortable place I've ever stayed. Never again.

The owner was so easy to reach and really helpful. The rooms are huge and very clean, and it was the best place I found for a good price.

Ms.Inesa zakharych was very kind and helped us however she could. The whole stay went smoothly, from making the reservation to checking in and out, all handled easily by phone and email. We really enjoyed it. The hotel is clean and quite sophisticated, with big rooms, and it's family-friendly.

The apartment has a mini kitchen, and there are vending machines for drinks and snacks by reception. I stayed here while visiting German friends. Check-in was done on a screen like at the airport using a booking number, though there was a problem with the room entry card after I signed in. The net curtains should really be replaced with proper ones so people can't see in at night and the sun doesn't wake you so early.

The kitchenette has pretty much everything, and the service is good. It's really roomy too. Only thing missing is a dishwasher, then it'd be perfect.
