Star G Hotel Premium München Domagkstraße

I’m still dealing with coughing, headaches and sinus pressure weeks after leaving Star G. The symptoms began within hours of arriving, and my vacation was ruined. I believe mold in the hotel caused it, and I feel my health was compromised. When I raised the issue, staff were defensive and dismissed it outright. A quick Google search showed at least 12 other public reviews mentioning the same mold problem. Their response made me feel they cared more about avoiding responsibility than addressing something that could put guests at risk. This was a disastrous stay and the worst hotel experience of my life, possibly one of my worst decisions. It felt like a serious health violation, and I have no confidence that the hotel is interested in basic maintenance or guest safety. Read those other complaints and stay far away. There are plenty of places that won’t leave you sick and frustrated. The mold was bad enough, but the way they handled my complaint was even worse. One star is too generous.

A handy option for business trips, with offices nearby and spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet is decent, and service is efficient. A little more warmth from the staff would make it better, but it’s a comfortable place to stay.

A great assortment of fresh food at breakfast, though it costs extra. The beds were great and our room comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We could walk to several good restaurants, our favorite bakery in the area, and nearby attractions.

The service felt a little neutral, but everything else was quite okay. Rooms were clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom spacious and clean. The price was fine. The hotel is a bit outside the City Centre, though the tram gives very good access and is just a few minutes’ walk away. We came by car and found a spot on the street without trouble. Hotel parking is also available, but costs extra and seemed far too expensive to me.
