The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. It's close to the river and other local amenities. I'd stay again and recommend it to other travelers.

We stayed one night and had a comfortable room at the back, so it was quiet. The buffet breakfast was really good. There's secure private parking, and they even let me keep my motorcycle in the garage, which was great.

The food was the one good part of my stay, though a bit expensive. I had a bad experience and won't come back. My room on the top floor was so hot. There's no AC, and the small fan they gave me was useless. The single pillow was very uncomfortable, and there was only one. Other hotels usually give you two even when you're traveling alone. There was no net on the window, so when I opened it for air, lots of bugs came inside. Under my window was a drainpipe covered in dead birds, and it looked like nobody had cleaned it for a long time. You even have to pay for slippers, seriously?

The staff are wonderful and always willing to help. The hotel is right in the center, within a five minute walk of the castle and city center, with great restaurants nearby and an excellent kitchen of its own. Its wellness spa is second to none. This is one of the oldest hotels in my hometown. My family has stayed here for decades, and we've never been disappointed. I love it and won't stay anywhere else when I come home to visit.
