The staff were kind throughout my two-month stay, and Michael was especially helpful. He replied quickly to my emails and calls when something urgent came up, and even arranged to have the heater fixed late one night when it stopped working. I’d just moved to Germany for work, and this was my first trip to Aschaffenburg. The rooms were clean, matched the photos, and were cleaned weekly. The kitchen had the cooking utensils I needed, and there was also a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and hair dryer. Laundry and ironing were available in the washing area. My stay was very good overall. If you need to extend your stay or change dates, let the staff know ahead of time. They’ll try to arrange an extension if a room is available.

The noise from the railway behind the apartment was bad, and the floors had no carpet. Towels weren’t replaced, and the lack of cleaning made things messy. The cleaning itself was awful: they didn’t even mop the floor once a week, and sometimes more than a week passed. They also seemed not to care about supplying toilet paper. You’re told there’s a microwave, but you have to ask for it, and the one provided didn’t work. When I complained, the owner, Mr.Schadler, came to check whether they “actually” hadn’t supplied toilet paper or garbage bags. The place is in Aschaffenberg, which is about the only thing in its favor. Lousy place. Stay somewhere else if you can. I stayed here in Oct 2017.

The rooms were very clean, and there are two hobs for cooking. I’m here for business, so it works well for short stays. A nice place.

A good option for a short stay in a serviced apartment.

I spent several weeks here on a business trip and had a fantastic stay. Many thanks to all the staff. I’d happily come back, even for a personal visit. Best regards, Frank Müller
