The service was helpful, and the location right in central Aschaffenburg is excellent, with an underground garage too. Parking costs an extra 6 EUR per night, which I liked less. I stayed about a week in a room with an 1980s feel. The mini-fridge worked, though, and kept my things much fresher, which earned it another star from me.

I had a really bad night because there was no heater in my room. When I asked the lady the next day to look at it, she said they turn it off at 10 and didn’t even check. I waited until the night shift, and that young woman offered me another room. She was the only good part of the experience.

The location was great, and one receptionist made our stay so much better. She was usually there in the mornings. We didn’t share a language, but she was always willing to help and made sure we had what we needed. She was kind to our four-legged companion too, who felt comfortable and playful around her. I don’t know her name, but I hope she sees this. The other staff weren’t as helpful, and I can say that without a doubt. She went out of her way for us, complete strangers, and her kindness didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for all your generosity. The world needs more people like you! 🫡

I’ve stayed here many times for a week at a time on work trips, and it’s just as suitable for a holiday. You can walk to lots of lovely places around town from this great location. The owner is very friendly and the staff are excellent. It feels old fashioned in the best way. Absolutely perfect, and I’d definitely recommend it.

A very nice, clean hotel. The only downside is that breakfast costs 12€ per person and isn’t included. I couldn’t find that mentioned in the description.
