The team made our holiday unforgettable, and the food from the chefs was outstanding. We stayed with our two little children and were extremely happy with everything. The hotel was spotless and surrounded by breathtaking nature, while the staff were warm, friendly, and always helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Go enjoy it!

The spa was a real highlight, especially the sauna and pool, and the facilities are great. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The meal, though, was a letdown. I ordered the “meat plate” for dinner and waited 50 minutes. When it arrived, the pork was extremely dry, tough, and flavourless, and the sausage seemed to have been cooked and reheated several times. What a pity.

That cosy atmosphere made us feel right at home, and the staff were warm and welcoming. We stayed at Hotel Zur Heidschnucke during our vacation in the Lüneburger Heide, and the goose dinner was the standout: perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and unforgettable. A lovely stay with great food. Highly recommended!
