The room faced a backyard, so it was quiet and peaceful. It was also an easy five-minute walk to public transport, and the city centre was quick to reach. I slept well in the very comfortable bed. The furniture and decorations felt thoughtfully chosen, giving the room a cozy, stylish feel. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend the hotel.

Nicole took excellent care of me from the start. Her service was so friendly and attentive, something I rarely experience. The room itself was comfortable and very nice. Homely Stay will be my go-to in Munich from now on.

Nicole was a wonderful host, and everything was to our complete satisfaction. We spent four days at Studio 9 and felt right at home. Thanks again for everything.

The rooms were clean and quiet, with a pleasant feel, and the location was perfect. Service was excellent, and it was easy to reach someone with questions.
