Novotel Muenchen Messe

We ended up leaving for two nights while a school group was staying there, then came back after they had gone. The teenagers were very loud for four nights, though that wasn't the hotel's fault. Jason and the staff spoke with the chaperones and went up to ask the students to quiet down at night. We really appreciated how hard they tried, and the hotel gave us breakfast free for the days we had left when we returned. That was a kind gesture, and we'd happily stay again. We were there for nine nights. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the decor nice. Breakfast had loads of choices for meat eaters, vegans, and people avoiding gluten. Staff were helpful with all our questions. A lovely hotel, highly recommended. Thanks to everyone for their help.

The room was roomy and clean, with plenty of outlets for all our devices. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was good, and the AC worked. There’s a mall right beside the hotel with lots of places to eat, too. Just a couple of small gripes: there wasn’t any free water in the room, and adjusting the shower rail was awkward. Still, five stars.

Getting to public transport and restaurants was easy, and the breakfast was good. The reception team and the breakfast servers were very kind. The first day, though, was a disaster. The toilet hadn't been cleaned, so I cleaned it myself before using it. There were no tissues either, and I had to go down to reception to get some. The sofa bed I had paid for was missing its pillows, sheets, and comforter, so I contacted reception to ask for them. I also asked for the safe key. They said they couldn't fix it that day and told me to wait until the next day, but they never gave it to me. I left without the key, which was just as disappointing.

Breakfast was top notch, with smoked salmon, sausages, pastries, and several kinds of coffee. They could also make an omelette or fried eggs, and there was freshly squeezed orange juice. Mutya and RJ brought lovely Filipino hospitality to the breakfast service. I'll definitely come back. The hotel is very conveniently located near the Semicon Europa conference building.
