The location is really central, and the room was lovely, clean, and well equipped. I arrived at 12:00, three hours before check-in, expecting to wait, but the room was already ready and they upgraded me. Thanks for that! Breakfast was lovely too, with lots to choose from and great service. I stayed for two nights.

The included breakfast was amazing, and the restaurant staff were welcoming and helpful. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly friendly. It’s right in Munich’s old town, and the stay was such a pleasant surprise. I’d book the Hotel Schlicker Munich again every time I return to Munich.

The breakfast was exceptional, I’d happily stay again just for that! The hotel was clean, service was fantastic, and it’s very well located, close to everything. Highly recommend.

Small rooms, but worth the price. The location near Marienplatz was perfect, and I loved the included breakfast.

2/10
The rooms were spacious, well insulated, and had comfortable beds. Breakfast was great, the team very friendly, and the hotel was ideally located. But before my stay, the hotel booking website was hacked, which led to a phishing email that caught me off guard. When I arrived, the manager confirmed the hack and advised me to contact management. That went nowhere: first there was no reply until I mentioned possibly posting a Google review, then there were delays, and finally the CEO stopped responding. Hosts are responsible for keeping customer data safe, and duty of care matters in hospitality. That’s why I gave this rating.
