Service was a highlight. The concierge answered our questions and handled check-in, checkout, and breakfast efficiently. Our room was made up daily with thoughtful touches, like neatly coiling charging cords and folding clothes left in the way. We loved the outdoor terrace and the design throughout the property. The room had a comfortable bed and pillows, good water pressure, and was very clean. It kept us warm in winter, so we turned down the radiator on the first night. There was also clever storage built into the room design. The lobby and rooms have distinctive, high-end finishes. The location in Old Town made it easy to walk to Marienplatz, Karlsplatz, and several iconic Munich sights. We’re glad we chose this place. It gave us a different experience of Munich than a larger corporate hotel would have. It’s been added to SLH under the Hilton acquisition, and so far it’s our favorite SLH we’ve visited. A truly unique stay, and we’d return in a heartbeat.

It was a very comfortable stay, with a short ten-minute walk to the town marketplace and plaza. We chose a small room, but it had all the amenities and then some. Check-in was easy and personal. Erdem was especially helpful, explaining how to enter the hotel after hours and showing us the facilities. He even helped program the navigation system in my rental car. Highly recommended for a Munich stay.

The rooms were spacious, with balconies and a really distinctive design. We had a great breakfast in the morning, and the location was handy for walking to the market. We were welcomed at the door and shown around in detail over coffee. It felt like a guest house we were invited to enjoy, even after the hosts left at 5. I wasn’t expecting such a special stay. The service and design were impeccable, and I’d absolutely stay again and recommend it if you’re in Munich.

I stayed in the Signature Suite, and every detail felt carefully chosen. The decor balanced comfort and luxury, with a cozy yet sophisticated feel. The hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the service was impeccable. It’s one of the most beautiful boutique hotels I’ve stayed in. From the moment I arrived, I was taken with its charm and elegance. Such a hidden gem in Munich. I can’t wait to return!
