We had a perfect time here. There was plenty of space for our group of 19, and the place was super clean. We especially liked the big living room with its bar. Thomas was easy to reach and very accommodating. Awesome place!

We stayed three nights at Casa BARvaria for a friend's birthday, with 10 of us in the group. The house has 8 sleeping rooms and easily had enough space for everyone. It was clean throughout, and the beds had fresh, clean linens. A perfect place for our Munich stay. We'd love to come back, and we can definitely recommend it. Thank you!

A simple, clean hostel-style place that worked well for our large group of down-to-earth people. The rooms have two or three beds each, and the bathrooms and shower are shared.

We were a group of 10 for a long weekend in Munich, and the property suited us perfectly. Six of us even got rooms to ourselves. There's a tram right outside that goes straight into Munich, and the airport train is a 10-minute walk away. Our host replied to messages almost immediately and was very accommodating. Since we had a late flight home, he arranged a late checkout so we wouldn't have to carry our bags around Munich. Can't recommend the place highly enough. 10/10, and we'll stay here again if we come back to Munich.

Thomas was a fantastic host, and the huge apartment worked really well for our group of eleven. He even decorated the place for Oktoberfest and left a refreshing beer for each of us. Having a washing machine was really helpful too. A perfect base for our Oktoberfest trip, highly recommended!
