We had no warm shower for three days, and they couldn't find a solution. I suspect it's a structural issue. You have to get up early to get warm water. The staff offered free breakfast as compensation, but that still doesn't make the shower warm.

One of my worst experiences. The shower was cold and breakfast was terrible. It felt like a tent, just a better one.

The staff were really friendly. The place is nice, though a bit dated.
