Aparthotel Adagio Access Muenchen City Olympiapark

The staff deserve a 5: they were so polite, attentive, and genuinely kind that I stopped thinking about the hotel's flaws. When I had an issue with my room, they fixed it quickly, apologized sincerely, and even offered a thoughtful complimentary gesture. The two young women who helped me and their senior colleague were all warm and professional. One of the younger women especially stayed in my mind. Her gaze was soft and predatory at once, like a panther, a rare mix of charm and strength that made me forget about the sheets and curtains. The hotel itself is more of a 4. You can see its age in little things, like a sheet with a small hole and a curtain with a story of its own. They didn't ruin my stay, just reminded me many guests had been through before. The people turned an ordinary stay into a warm memory.

The huge bear at the entrance brings me so much joy. The location is very dog friendly, with a big park right next door. The gym is on the small side, with a few dumbbells, a treadmill, and a bike. The shorter, chubby Indian receptionist has a fantastic attitude toward service. Our room is a little dark, and the kitchen is small, but that's completely normal for Adagio Access.

The room should be somewhere guests can sleep safely, but two very drunk women got into ours at about 3 am while we were asleep. It was terrifying. After being forced back out, they kept pounding on doors, speaking aggressively and making threats. They might have stolen something or hurt us, and even that possibility is alarming. The hotel looked nice at first, the room was comfortable and the staff friendly, but this incident ruined the stay. Anyone being able to enter a guest room is a serious and dangerous safety concern.

The U-Bahn is only about a five-minute walk away. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, and all the staff were friendly and helpful.
