The breakfast was among the best I've had at this price level, and I liked the spa area too. I was here for business, and this will be my go-to hotel next time. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and quiet, with fast public transport and taxi connections to the city center.

Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide choice of fruit, yoghurt, cereal, meats, baked goods, and eggs made fresh. The spa was stunning, with a pool, saunas, and steam room, and the gym was pretty good for a hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel feels modern with well-equipped bedrooms. The room layout was a little unusual, and the lighting system more complicated than it needed to be. I'd happily come back.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at Andaz Munich. The hotel is beautiful, and the trains made it easy to get into the city center. Our room was spacious, and the pool was relaxing. The complimentary 1700 happy hour for guests was a nice surprise, and we enjoyed drinks and a charcuterie board at the rooftop bar. Breakfast was phenomenal. Sorry I didn't take pictures, but it really was lovely. Parking was the one downside, since it was expensive for the cost of the stay. The staff were kind and helpful throughout the holidays, and I'm grateful for that.

I had a lovely suite here on a previous stay, so this is disappointing, but after my experience with the spa's customer service in December I won't return. As a globalist, I try to book Hyatt properties when it's reasonable. My partner and I each paid 120 euros in advance for a 60 minute massage. We arrived an hour early, hoping to use the sauna first, and were told that would cost an extra 60 euro each. That brought the total to 360 euro, far more than this hotel's average nightly room rate. At every other hotel where I've had a massage, including Hyatt properties, sauna access came with the treatment. I showed the two women at the desk that neither my reservation email nor the website clearly said sauna access wasn't included. They insisted on the charge, didn't apologize for the confusion, and wouldn't offer a concession or even a small discount on the day spa rate, although we only needed it for the hour before the massage. As we walked away, they snickered and giggled. I raised it with the front desk supervisor. He apologized for the confusion, but said a refund wasn't possible, even though the lack of clarity was on their end. We left and went to a sauna that cost a third of their day spa rate. It had much larger, more varied saunas, massages at a far more reasonable price, and guided Aufguss experiences. This spa has only a couple of small saunas and a very small dampfbad, with no Aufguss. They expected 60 euro for an hour there. It seems they don't want outside customers and only want hotel guests using the spa. The prices are outrageous, and the service was severely lacking. This property isn't meeting Hyatt quality standards, which is highly disappointing.
