BEDBUGS!!! The apartment was infested, and the heat inside was suffocating, like being stuck in a sauna. There was loud noise day and night, so there was no peace. The staff were rude, dismissive and shockingly unprofessional, treating guests like a nuisance. Rooms are cleaned only once every four days, which is unacceptable for paid accommodation. Long-term residents in the building chain-smoke on the balconies and shout late into the night. This felt like a neglected hostel, not a proper apartment. An absolutely horrific stay. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy!

Really bad place, I don't like it. I quit my job just to get away from the horror of cockroaches and gazebos. My company rents this place, and I don't think there's a worse one in Munich. In a word, the Chernobyl disaster. Avoid if you can.

The hotel itself was okay, but the service was unacceptable. I asked to check the parking before confirming my €150 room reservation. Julia, the receptionist, was extremely unhelpful and later tried to charge me €200, even though we'd agreed on the price. In the end, I paid €187 through Booking.com. The whole thing was frustrating and unprofessional, and I wouldn't stay again.

The room was usable for sleeping, but I probably wouldn't choose this place again. Much of the building smells of cigarettes. Opening the windows brings in even more smoke from other patrons, who I assume live there and often chain-smoke just outside the garage. The hallways on floors 1 and 2 are absurdly hot, which makes the rooms too warm as well. You can open a window, but then the cigarette smell comes in, so it's a choice between two bad options. Our bathroom was in disrepair, with missing handles, broken lights, mold in the shower grout, and an exhaust fan that only seemed to work when it felt like it. There are no controls for it in the unit. The rooms also lack an extra manual lock inside, beyond the RFID bolt used by guests and cleaning staff. Not ideal, though I guess not a major concern.
