8/10
I slept extremely well during my very short stay, thanks to how quiet the hotel was. That calm made it easy to rest and recharge, which matters a lot on a business trip. The breakfast was very good and well organized, just right when you're working or short on time. With a great gym and convenient direct access to public transport, it's a solid value. The location is excellent, and this is a reliable, comfortable, well-designed business hotel that delivers what it promises. I'd consider staying again.

After housekeeping entered my room, my earrings went missing, and it clearly happened during cleaning. The hotel refused to take responsibility and didn't treat the matter seriously or offer proper help. This was a very disappointing and unacceptable experience, and it left me concerned about safety and trust. If you care about your belongings and responsible hotel management, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

4/10
The room was cheap for what it had, with a kitchen and a decent bathroom. The location is good too, with subway, train and tram nearby. But sleeping was impossible because the windows were poor quality and there was no curtain in the kitchen.

It's a nice, cozy old hotel from the 70s, and I slept well there. One of the best in Munich.

The rooms were quite big, with a small kitchen and balcony. Breakfast had a good range of choices, from sweet things to vegetables and ham. Everything was perfect, all in all. A positive experience, highly recommended 🤩
