The hotel is modern, clean, and nice, and the staff were friendly. But our late evening check-in was very slow because they couldn’t find our rate. At 23:30, I wanted to get checked in quickly and without hassle, especially as a gold Accor member. The manager sorted it out the next morning. I don’t think I’d stay here again.

The calm, peaceful atmosphere and the cleanliness made for a very comfortable stay. Service was consistently excellent, and I didn’t have to worry about anything, so I could focus on my work. It was stress-free, and I’d definitely come back.

After a long flight, it’s a convenient place to get a night’s rest, about two miles from Munich International Airport. Restaurants, ATMs, and stores are all a short walk away, and there’s a fuel station on the way to the airport if you need to top off a rental car. The bathrooms were clean and the bed very comfortable. IBIS cleanliness standards are unmatched. Check-in was simple, the staff spoke English and were polite and professional, and breakfast was delicious, much better than American hotel brands. We’ll definitely stay again.

We’d booked ahead, but arriving just after midnight, we still spent 45 minutes waiting to check in and get our keys before we could sleep and continue our journey. I’ve never had a slower check-in. I can’t imagine how it took 45 minutes to check in two groups. If you want to sleep instead of waiting in a lobby with loud music, I can’t recommend this place.

A great one-night stay. My girlfriend and I arrived after 16 hours of travel, and the room was cozy and stayed warm in the middle of November. There was a nice choice of food and drinks at breakfast.
