The location is a big plus, just a block from the central train station, and the price feels like good value for it. My room was a reasonable size, clean, and had a safe. The building looks like it may be a while since the rooms were renovated, but that was fine for the cost. There’s plenty of seating in the lobby, with self-service coffee and tea. Toiletries were limited to soap.

We had a really enjoyable stay. The staff were warm and accommodating, and made sure our family had what we needed. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel is conveniently close to everything while still feeling peaceful. Good value for money, too.

The elevator was especially useful with our heavy luggage. Outside, the taxi stand meant some noise and the occasional car horn, though we didn’t find it a big problem. Our room was tidy and well kept, and the bed and shower were basic but perfectly adequate. Creatif Hotel Elephant is close to the train station, so getting around is easy, and it felt like good value for a clean, central stay in Munich.
