The private spa was a real highlight, tucked away over two floors with a lovely sauna and pool. And the hotel is right in the middle of Munich’s Old Town, so getting around on foot was easy. I stay in five-star hotels often and have high standards, but I haven't had service like this before. Every staff member was kind and attentive, and it all felt natural, never scripted. The atmosphere and facilities exceeded what I expected. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Munich.

The personal welcome made the stay memorable. Pirverdi was professional, charming, and funny at check-in, and took time to explain the hotel's design and show me around. The concierge team was warm from the start. The hotel itself has a distinctive style and a great location. I haven't experienced this kind of individual attention at other Marriott properties. It felt true to The Luxury Collection brand, and this is the best hotel I've stayed at in Munich so far.

What impressed me most was how consistent everything was, from cleanliness and comfort to the service and little details. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and very comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job. Koenigshof, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Munich combines modern luxury and elegance with real comfort. The staff were polished, warm, and professional without being overbearing, and the hotel felt calm throughout. Its location makes it easy to enjoy Munich, then come back to a peaceful, refined place to unwind. One of my best hotel stays in Munich, and I'd gladly return.

The room attendant seemed to know what I needed before I asked, and room service and breakfast were both fantastic. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which seemed unusual for Munich. The hotel is just steps from the old town. Highly recommend.
